DAY 1 EXERCISE 1
Sets: 6, Reps: 6-8
Take the position for pushups and place your body close to the floor. Then ensure the chest is only an inch raised from the floor. Then push your body up and place your hands gripped on the floor so that you lift your body in air. Clap your hands every time you come down and repeat the exercise again with the next clap.

DAY 1 EXERCISE 2
DUMBBELL BENCH PRESS
Sets: 5, Reps: 8-10
Rest on your back and lie on a bench with a flat surface. Then hold a dumbbell in each hand. Then pull the dumbbells straight on your chest and then hold the weights together, one on the other. Then hold the position for few seconds and again get the dumbbells low to your shoulder’s level.
Day 1 Exercise 3
Sets: 4, Reps: 10-12
Lift your feet up and get in the pushup position. You can place a box under your feet to increase the elevation level. Then take some seconds to lower your body and hold the position for a while. Now push yourself up again. If that is less straining then place some weight on your back or ask your family member to sit on your back. Hold your lower back tight and do not let it sag even for a minute.
DAY 2 EXERCISE 1
Sets: 3 Reps: 20-24
Take the pushup position and place your right hand on a step. Place your left hand on the floor and keep on repeating the pushups by placing your hands in the vice- versa position after every pushup. This exercise will really drain you.
DAY 2 EXERCISE 2
Sets: 2, Reps: 20-25
Hold the bar fitted with the weights from the middle or grip them equal to the width of your shoulders. Squeeze your shoulders together and stiffen your back. Lower the bar very little. Grip your feet hard on the floor and this will help you to lift the weight bar again. This is one of the most effective exercises that give instant results.
DAY 2 EXERCISE 3
Incline Dumbbell Press
Sets: 2, Reps: 15-20
Adjust your bench to an inclination angle of 45 degrees and hold one dumbbell in each hand. Sit on that bench and hold the weights just on the side of your chest. Then press then over your head. Do not collide them together when they meet near your head.
